- Contributing to product and process improvements through the continuous improvement programme
- Previous experience in CNC grinding operations
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Experience with Okamoto and/or manual J&S machines (desirable)
- A proactive approach to problem‑solving and continuous improvement
