A dynamic manufacturing company in Sunbury-on-Thames is seeking an experienced Quality Inspector to ensure compliance with AS9100 and EASA Part 21 regulations. Responsibilities include conducting mechanical inspections, certifying products, and generating NCRs. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and proficiency in CNC CMM. Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Quality Inspector in a manufacturing environment.
  • Hands-on experience with mechanical measuring equipment.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills for record-keeping.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct mechanical inspections using hand tools and CMM.
  • Certify products for release and verify supplier FAIRs.
  • Generate NCRs on non-conforming products.

Skills

Experience as a Quality Inspector
Understanding of FAIRs to AS9102
Proficiency in CNC CMM
Ability to interpret engineering drawings
Strong Microsoft Office skills
