This hands‑on role is crucial for leading development initiatives and mentoring junior developers, ensuring the delivery of strategically important projects.
- Provide technical leadership to a team, guiding them in the development of software applications.
- Offer line management to team members ranging from interns to developers.
- Collaborate with other leaders to refine and enhance team workflows and practices.
- Utilize a broad range of technologies and systems to design, code, and test applications, primarily using .NET/C#.
- Identify suitable technologies and approaches for project requirements.
- Contribute actively to the internal developer community, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and technical leadership to your team, fostering an environment of continuous improvement.
- Proven experience in leading, coaching, and mentoring developers within a team.
- Expertise in .NET/C# application design, coding, and testing.
- Significant experience with cloud technologies, preferably Azure (Functions, Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus).
- Practitioner level understanding of Agile methodologies, able to implement Agile values and principles effectively.
- Experience in building CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with user researchers and represent user needs internally.
- Strong problem‑solving skills, capable of debugging and optimizing production-level issues.
