£75,000 basic + 20% bonus + £650 pm car allowance (total package exceeds £90,000). Flexible hours around core days. 25 days holiday + banks.
- Proven experience and a track record in improving operational performance, preferably within an engineering / manufacturing environment.
- Strong man‑management skills. The position has 5 direct reports, all of whom are Managers and are keen to continue developing.
- A strategic mindset and ability to identify opportunities for continuous improvement by implementing new processes.
- A wider appreciation for HSE, financial accountability, and manufacturing capacity within an engineering environment.

- Excellent working culture, we are seeking someone who wants to take their own initiative to support the business and make improvements.
- Stable and secure business currently undergoing strong growth, implementing new processes and systems.
- 5 direct reports, 4 of the 5 are fairly new so open to leadership and direction.
- Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the production facility & financial aspects of the operations in line with budgets and P&L.
- Lead a team of Managers and continue to offer support and development where needed.
- Cooperate with wider sites to ensure Operations are as efficient as possible.
- Promote continuous improvement and implement new processes to develop manufacturing capabilities.
- Provide relevant information and detail on an annual basis for the factory budgeting process.
- Develop and maintain best practices in HSE awareness.
Commutable from Leicester, Nottingham, Birmingham, Coventry, Derby, East Midlands.
