• Monitor learner attendance, engagement, and progress.
• Support tutors to meet quality standards and deliver outstanding lessons.
• Organise and deliver tutor training sessions and CPD.
• Conduct teaching observations and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain accurate records and assist with compliance processes.
• Act as the first point of contact for tutor queries and support.

• Education sector background/experience within a teaching and learning role
• Experience of tutoring and or the recruitment industry would be desirable
• High level of attention to detail
• Able to work independently with high levels of personal motivation and drive
• Ability to multi-task, and work methodically
• Well organised and good time management
• Competent user of IT systems and programmes
• A process focused individual
• Calm, measured and professional
• Highly credible ambassador for the Company and its values
• Resilient
