A respected housing organization is seeking a Programme Delivery Administrator to provide crucial administrative support within their Asset Management department. Qualifications

  • Monitor shared inboxes, prioritising tasks and responding to enquiries.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to book appointments.
  • Track open cases and follow up with surveyors and contractors.
  • Raise purchase orders and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Assist with analysing resident feedback.

Programme Delivery Administrator
Location: Ealing/Hybrid
Salary: £28,280 - £29,768
Type: Permanent
Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday
DBS: Basic

We’re looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented Programme Delivery Administrator to join our Asset Management directorate. In this role, you’ll be the backbone of our investment programmes providing vital administrative support to keep projects running smoothly. From managing documentation and appointments to liaising with contractors and internal teams, you’ll ensure everything stays on track. If you thrive in a fast‑paced environment and have a structured, organised approach, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high‑quality administrative support to the Investment team, including document preparation, spreadsheet management, calendar coordination, and meeting organisation.
  • Monitor shared inboxes, prioritising tasks and responding to basic enquiries from customers and stakeholders via phone and email.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, internal teams, contractors, and consultants to book appointments, provide updates, and support programme delivery.
  • Track open cases, follow up with surveyors and contractors, and elevate issues where necessary.
  • Raise purchase orders and maintain accurate documentation, working closely with Finance and Procurement teams.
  • Provide address lists to contractors/consultants for resident consultations and coordinate responses to queries.
  • Liaise with the Leasehold team to ensure accurate information for s20 consultations and technical responses.
  • Issue and collate Post Completion Satisfaction Surveys and assist with analysing resident feedback.
  • Take accurate meeting minutes, distribute them promptly, and track action points.
  • Offer wider administrative support to the Asset Management directorate as needed.
  • Use Microsoft Office applications confidently to manage data and communication effectively.
