A leading home improvement company in Horsham St. Faith is seeking a Call Centre Advisor to engage with prospective customers. This role does not involve cold calling; you will turn conversations with interested parties into leads for the sales team. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and a target-driven attitude. We’re looking for people who can have great conversations over the phone and on-line. Whether you have previous sales experience or are brand new to the sector, we will provide the necessary training to ensure you succeed. This isn’t cold calling; these are all conversations with current or interested parties, and your role as a Call Centre Advisor is to turn those conversations into leads for our sales team.
The ideal candidate will be focused, like working to targets, have strong communication skills and a fabulous telephone manner.
