The Conveyancing Lawyer's Role

As a Conveyancing Lawyer, you will manage a caseload of both residential and commercial conveyancing matters from inception to completion. You will be expected to provide expert legal advice on property transactions, conduct thorough legal research, and draft and review various legal documents, contracts, and agreements. The Conveyancing Lawyer will also liaise closely with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth progression of cases.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing a portfolio of conveyancing cases, ensuring timely and efficient handling
• Conducting comprehensive legal research and offering expert advice on conveyancing matters
• Drafting, reviewing, and finalising contracts and legal agreements
• Collaborating with clients, estate agents, and other professionals throughout the process

The Conveyancing Lawyer

To be considered for this Conveyancing Lawyer role, you should have:

• NQ-5 PQE
• At least 2 years of experience in residential and/or commercial conveyancing
• In-depth knowledge of property law and the conveyancing process
• Strong client management, communication, and negotiation skills
• A detail-oriented and highly organised approach to case management
