The Role

As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will work on various high-end residential projects for high net-worth individuals across London & Surrey.

The contract values of the immediate requirements will range between £7M - £10M. These projects will be for long-standing clients from the UAE & KSA for their UK properties.

Therefore, it is essential that you can build excellent client relationships.

International travel/relocation is available to those that are interested in working abroad.

Office Location: Central London (Bank)

Head Count: 300+

Project Sectors: Prime Residential, Commercial, Hospitality, Mixed-Use & Sports Stadia

Requirements for the Assistant Quantity Surveyor

• 1+ years' experience with a UK based property / construction consultancy (ideally)
• JCT Contract Administration & FIDIC (desirable)
• Experience in one of their listed sectors (ideally)
• Strong client-facing skills
