Qualifications

• Be RICS qualified.

• Ability to manage a varied commercial portfolio independently.
• Holding a full UK driving licence is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage a commercial investment portfolio day-to-day.
• Handle rent reviews, lease renewals, and landlord & tenant matters.
• Manage service charges, budgeting, income monitoring, and debt management.
• Oversee managing agents as required.
• Contribute to project groups related to the managed portfolio.
• Conduct valuations as necessary.
• Support the organisation's Annual Property Plan.
