Descripción de la vacante
A leading property management company based in Bristol is seeking an experienced Property Manager / Block Manager. The role involves managing RTM blocks and a small number of estates, with the flexibility of some home working after settling in. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of relevant experience and be ready to work in a friendly team environment. Salary is negotiable based on experience. Applications are welcomed from those with a solid background in block management.
Formación

- Experience dealing with contractors and resident queries.
- Ability to manage budgets and oversee major works.
