A well-established property developer in Manchester is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to ensure customer excellence across their properties. The role involves logging maintenance issues, coordinating remedial works, and communicating with customers and contractors. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, time management abilities, and a good grasp of property-related finance and regulations. This position offers a competitive salary of £26k plus an annual bonus and additional benefits including a pension scheme and 27 days of holiday.

- Receive and log all reported maintenance issues.
