A logistics recruitment agency based in Bristol is seeking a Transport Planner to assist in daily planning of deliveries and collections across the South West. The ideal candidate will have experience in transport planning, strong organisational skills, and excellent communication abilities. This role offers a salary of £30-35,000 plus bonus and benefits.

- Previous experience in a similar transport planning role.
Responsabilités
- Assist in planning daily pallet collections and deliveries.
- Support routing and scheduling of vehicles.
- Process driver paperwork and ensure compliance.
- Liaise with drivers to communicate schedules.
- Provide excellent customer service handling delivery queries.

Great opportunity to support a logistics operations team to support daily planning of deliveries and collections across the South West.
- Assist in planning and allocating daily pallet collections and deliveries across Bristol and surrounding areas.
- Support the routing and scheduling of vehicles ranging from 3.5T to 44T to ensure efficient fleet utilisation.
- Process driver paperwork accurately and ensure all compliance documentation is up to date.
- Liaise with drivers to communicate schedules, resolve operational issues, and ensure service quality.
- Provide excellent customer service by handling delivery queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Previous experience in a similar transport planning role
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication skills
