- Manage projects of varying scale, typically up to £40m, including advising on strategic approaches and establishing success criteria.
- Oversee project planning, resource procurement, and cross-functional team leadership.
- Monitor project performance using KPIs, manage change control, and oversee project finances.
- Maintain effective communication with clients and stakeholders through meetings and reports.
- Contribute to marketing and business development efforts, including bid preparation and client pitches.
Qualifications:
- Degree in a relevant discipline.
- Proven experience managing healthcare construction projects, preferably in a consultancy environment.
