Job Description
- Oversee and manage financial operations for multiple clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare and review monthly management accounts and financial reports.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand their unique financial needs.
- Provide strategic financial advice and insights to support client decision-making.
- Ensure all financial records and transactions comply with relevant regulations and standards.
- Supervise and mentor junior team members within the accounting function.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial planning for clients.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless client service delivery.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Outsourced Accountant should have:
- A recognised qualification in accounting or finance (ACA, ACCA).
- Proven experience in managing financial operations and client portfolios.
- Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
