HRtechX is part of United Media (https://www.united-media.com/), which focuses on building large-scale industry media and conference products in sectors such as insurance, HR, private equity, and retail.

As our Chief Marketing Officer, you will have the opportunity to take ownership of our content and work in-person at our HQ in London. We support your growth with:

This role will involve various responsibilities, primarily centered around:

• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the marketing team, foster a collaborative and innovative environment, set goals, evaluate performance, recruit, and onboard team members.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with sales, product development, and other teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
• Campaign Management: Oversee planning and execution of marketing campaigns across channels such as email, social media, and website.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals, conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities.

We are seeking candidates who:

• Have over 10 years of industry experience with outstanding performance.

• Are excellent communicators, especially verbally and in writing.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday at our London office (next to Victoria Station). Remote work is not offered.
