A leading robotics company in Wakefield is seeking a Manual Machinist to set up and operate milling machines, lathes, and surface grinders. This role requires proficiency in machining and an understanding of engineering drawings. Day shift: Monday to Thursday 8am - 4:30pm, Friday 8am - 3:15pm.
Night shift: Monday to Thursday 6pm - 6am (25% night rate uplift).
Reporting to the Head of Manufacturing, the Manual Machinist will set up and operate conventional machine tools including Manual Milling Machines, Manual Lathes and Surface Grinders to manufacture components of various sizes and tolerances.
