We’re seeking a versatile, self-motivated creative to support our Marketing team on an ad-hoc basis. You’ll bring our brand to life across various materials, including digital, print, web, and event assets. This role is ideal for someone comfortable working in a fast-paced B2B environment with shifting priorities and broad creative demands.

• Design and deliver visually engaging assets, including reports, case studies, pitch decks, social posts, and internal templates.
• Create branded visuals for events and campaigns (e.g., signage, banners, invites, presentations).
• Design webpage and landing page mockups; familiarity with HubSpot and WordPress is a plus.
• Contribute to campaign asset development (e.g., email graphics, infographics, digital ad creatives).
• Maintain and evolve brand consistency across all formats and platforms.
• Be a reliable creative partner—able to interpret loose briefs, ask relevant questions, and deliver brand-aligned output quickly.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work autonomously from brief to delivery.
• Organized, responsive, and confident managing multiple priorities on short notice.
• Receptive to constructive criticism and feedback.
• Detail-oriented.
• Ability to view content from the viewer’s perspective to create the best experience.

We’re looking for a proactive videographer to work with us on an ad-hoc basis, helping the business embrace video in Sales and Marketing. You’ll produce high-quality video content from scripting to final editing, advising on impactful content. This role suits someone comfortable in a fast-paced B2B environment with broad creative demands.

• Help the business incorporate video into Sales and Marketing strategies.
• Film and produce short videos such as company intros, customer case studies, and product walkthroughs.
• Edit raw footage into polished, brand-consistent videos.
• Create basic motion graphics and 2D animations (e.g., intros, explainers, product demos).
• Attend locations across the UK (and abroad) for filming support.

• Ability to work independently or with a team.
• Self-starting attitude, treating the brand as your own.
• Receptive to feedback and constructive criticism.
• Energetic and engaging on camera.
• Detail-oriented in audio and video quality.
• Enthusiastic about new technology.
• View content from the viewer’s perspective for optimal experience.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and design tools (e.g., Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma/XD).
• Strong layout, typography, and visual storytelling skills, especially in B2B or tech contexts.
• Experience in print, digital, and social content creation.
• Understanding of user-focused web and email design.
• Ability to adhere to brand guidelines and deliver quickly.
• Experience with animated videos and motion graphics is a bonus.

• Proven experience in B2B or tech-focused video production.
• Strong editing and sound skills; proficient with Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Strong storytelling, scripting, and conceptual skills.
• Ability to follow brand guidelines and deliver promptly.
• Excellent communication skills for interviews and on-camera presence.
• Own and manage production equipment.
• Drive the production process to create great content.
• Understand and track video marketing metrics.
• Experience with animated videos and motion graphics is a bonus.
