- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and work surfaces.
- Assist with basic food preparation under supervision.

Education
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the kitchen including floors, work surfaces and storage areas.
- Wash, dry and store pots, pans, cutlery and crockery promptly and efficiently.
- Operate dishwashing equipment safely and correctly.
- Assist with basic food preparation (such as peeling, chopping or portioning ingredients) under supervision.
- Empty bins, manage waste and follow recycling procedures.
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are carried out according to hygiene and safety standards.
- Restock and organise kitchen supplies as needed.
- Support chefs and front‑of‑house staff during busy service periods.
- Adhere to health and safety, fire safety and food hygiene regulations.
