Job Description:
We are looking to recruit a full-time Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist to lead our MSK team and oversee our MSK services. The role is approximately 70% clinical and 30% non-clinical.
Responsibilities:
- Provide physiotherapy assessments and treatment
- Liaise with other health care professionals, carers, and relatives
- Lead our MSK team and develop our MSK services
- Manage and oversee senior and junior physiotherapists and associate physiotherapists
- Oversee and participate in training for staff at all levels
- Participate in activities for personal professional development
Qualifications and Skills:
- A strong passion for musculoskeletal physiotherapy and evidence-based rehabilitation
- Excellent clinical knowledge
- A desire to provide outstanding service to patients
- Excellent leadership skills
- Ability to motivate staff and help them reach their potential
- A commitment to improving patients' quality of life
- Enthusiasm for continuous learning and skill development
