A leading healthcare organization is seeking a fellow for the Imperial College Renal and Transplant Centre. The role involves a primary focus on clinical work in renal medicine, offering extensive exposure to transplant and research opportunities. Candidates should be post-CCT trainees or nephrologists in early training stages with the MRCP qualification. This one-year position, with the possibility of extension, allows for significant hands-on experience and learning in a pioneering healthcare environment.
The post is based in the Imperial College Renal and Transplant Centre at the Hammersmith Hospital, the largest renal and transplant centre in Europe. The Trust Fellowship is 75% clinical, providing exposure to all aspects of renal and transplant medicine, and 25% dedicated to renal or transplant research, clinical experience in subspecialty areas or leadership/management, according to the trainee’s needs. The post will be for one year, with the possibility of a further year.
Suitable for post‑CCT trainees or nephrologists in the earlier stages of training who have completed IMT (or equivalent) and hold MRCP, seeking to gain expertise in renal medicine alongside experience in research, procedures or management.
