A healthcare organization in Basingstoke is seeking a Perinatal Pelvic Health Physiotherapist to lead initiatives aimed at improving pelvic health for new mothers. The role involves providing specialist physiotherapy, supervising staff, and implementing training programs. Ideal candidates will demonstrate experience with complex patient cases and a commitment to evidence-based practices. Formación
- Minimum 0.1wte hours per week dedicated to the PPHS project.
- Experience in managing complex patient cases.
- Ability to supervise and teach others.
Responsabilidades
- Lead the local implementation of a perinatal pelvic health service.
- Provide specialist physiotherapy intervention to patients.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams.
- Deputise for senior staff in their absence.
- Participate in research and audits.
