Job description
Position Overview

We are advertising for 1 permanent, full‑time position. Applicants are required to hold a UK driving licence and have access to their own vehicle for business purposes.

Rotations
  • Wythenshawe Hospital's OPAL/IAT – requires respiratory ward level competency.
  • South Manchester D2A Team.
  • South Manchester Crisis Response Team – supports people with a health or social care crisis to stay at home and avoid unnecessary hospital admission; same‑day assessment by an integrated, multi‑disciplinary team.
  • Discharge to Assess Team – supports timely assessment of patients at home at discharge to identify health and social care needs that can be delivered in the community for up to 7 days; works 8 am–8 pm, 7 days per week.
Responsibilities

You will consolidate knowledge and develop clinical and non‑clinical skills within a supportive environment. You will be actively involved in service development, supervision of junior staff and student education.

Qualifications

Applicants must hold a UK driving licence and have access to their own vehicle for business purposes.
