Responsibilities
Deliver pre-set lessons across KS3 and KS4
Maintain order, engagement, and focus in the classroom
Follow school behaviour policies and routines
Provide feedback to teachers and departments
Support learning continuity in the teacher's absence
What we're looking for
At least 6 months' experience in a cover supervisor or similar classroom-based role
Confident behaviour management and ability to lead a class
Calm, professional, and flexible approach
Punctual, organised, and reliable
Enhanced DBS (on the Update Service or willing to obtain)
