Compensation: $85K based on experience
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications and integrations using Guidewire
- Translate business and technical requirements into effective solutions
- Partner with colleagues across development, QA, and business teams to deliver results
- Monitor production systems and quickly resolve technical issues
- Troubleshoot cross-platform problems and recommend long-term fixes
- Contribute to improving processes and technology frameworks
- Hands-on experience developing with Guidewire (Guidewire certification a plus)
- Strong technical skills in Java, GOSU, XML, SQL Server, and modern code repositories (e.g., GitHub, BitBucket)
- Insurance industry application knowledge strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required
- At least 4-7 years of development experience
