A prominent IT services company is seeking an enthusiastic IT Support Engineer to provide customer-focused support at a Central London site. Key responsibilities include managing workloads to meet SLAs, providing second-level support across various equipment, and documentation management. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills, relevant certifications, and excellent troubleshooting abilities on Windows 10 and Microsoft Office products. We are currently looking for highly customer-focused and enthusiastic IT Support Engineer with a genuine interest in solving peoples IT issues to support users based at customer site in Central London.
The successful candidate should be technically competent, possess good communication skills and be willing to collaborate with the wider IT support teams.
Services provided are predominantly in a walk in centre environment where you will deal with a variety of different software & hardware issues.
