SAP Manager – Supply Chain Transformation

Role Overview:
Lead the design and delivery of supply chain solutions on a large SAP S/4HANA project. Collaborate with business and technical teams to create and implement effective SAP supply chain processes that meet client needs. Manage the full project lifecycle from design to post go-live support. Provide guidance on integrating SAP with other systems and support business development efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead supply chain workstream design and implementation on SAP S/4HANA projects

• Understand client supply chain needs and optimize SAP solutions accordingly

• Manage project phases: design, build, testing, training, go-live, and support

• Advise on SAP integration with other internal and third-party applications

• Support sales activities, including proposal development and client presentations

• Stay updated on SAP and industry trends relevant to supply chain

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience with one or more SAP Supply Chain modules, such as Integrated Business Planning, Production Planning, Warehouse Management, Asset Management, Order Management, or Transport Management

• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA supply chain processes and integration points with other business areas

• Hands-on experience with SAP system design, build, and deployment (preferably 4 full lifecycle projects)

• Background in manufacturing, consumer goods, pharmaceuticals, oil & gas, or retail industries

• Skilled in facilitating design workshops and translating requirements into solutions

• Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships

• Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in dynamic environments

• Experience leading teams (including offshore members)

• Familiarity with digital supply chain trends like Industry 4.0 and sustainability initiatives

• Comfortable supporting business development and presenting to senior stakeholders
