Job Title: Nursery Practitioner (Level 2 or 3). Location: Wellingborough. Pay: £115 - £175 per day (dependent on qualifications and experience). Start Date: ASAP or October 2025.

A well-loved nursery in the heart of Wellingborough is seeking a caring and confident Nursery Practitioner to join their close-knit and supportive team.

This inclusive setting is a cornerstone of the local community, offering year-round childcare and a welcoming, nurturing environment where children are encouraged to explore and learn through play. With a strong focus on building partnerships with families and local schools, the team works together to ensure every child receives the care and support they need to thrive.

• Open all year round, 8am-6pm
• Strong community links and a proud federation with local Nursery, Primary and SEND settings
• Emphasis on outdoor play and hands-on learning
• A caring and inclusive environment where every child is celebrated

• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare (essential)
• A kind, proactive approach and the ability to work collaboratively with others
• A genuine commitment to safeguarding and supporting young children
• Enthusiasm for continued learning and professional development
• An interest in SEND is welcomed - prior experience is helpful but not essential

• Support provision for early years and contribute to a stimulating, safe learning environment
• Engage children in play and outdoor learning in line with the setting’s ethos
• Work collaboratively with the team and build strong partnerships with families and local schools
• Support safeguarding and wellbeing of children in line with policy
