The Role:
As a People Services Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for day-to-day HR queries from employees and managers, delivering a customer-first service across all areas of the employee lifecycle.
From onboarding to leavers, from payroll support to policy compliance - you'll help keep everything running smoothly and compliantly.
This is a hands-on and varied role, ideal for someone who's already working in HR administration and wants to take the next step in their career.
You'll also play a mentoring role for our People Services Coordinator and support on key projects and process improvements across the team.
