We are delighted to announce an opportunity for an hourly paid Gymworld Gymnastics Coach to join our Gymworld team. This is a fantastic chance to play a key role in delivering Gymnastics coaching at Gymworld, Middlesbrough College’s bespoke facility, while being an integral part of our thriving academic community.

• Deliver gymnastics coaching in line with the British Gymnastics Awards Schemes.
• Be responsible for coaching Gymnastics classes.
• Actively contribute to achieving the objectives set out in the College’s Development Plan.
• Attend mandatory training, clinics, courses, and team meetings as required.
• Provide a safe and progressive programme for Gymnastics development.

• Hold a Grade 4/C or above in Maths and English or an equivalent qualification.
• Possess a British Gymnastics Proficiency Coaching Award / Helpers Award/Gymnastics Activity Instructor Qualification, and/or a current National Governing Body minimum UKCC Level 1 General Gymnastics Coaching Qualification or be willing to work towards obtaining one.
• Hold a UKCC Level 2 Gymnastics Coaching Qualification or be willing to work towards obtaining one within an agreed timescale - Desirable.
• Demonstrate a commitment to keeping professional knowledge up to date and continuously improving capabilities.
