Cover Supervisor
Reeson Education is supporting a large mixed secondary school in Croydon that requires a Cover Supervisor from June 2025.

Cover Supervisors are responsible for managing groups of around 30 students independently, delivering set work to a high standard, and answering student questions related to the tasks.
- Provide cover for registration.
- Deliver lessons with limited preparation time, sometimes at short notice, to a high standard.
- Create a positive learning environment, adhering to the school's behaviour policies and standards.
- Support students in building self-esteem through positive interactions, praise, and encouragement.
- Assist in the development and implementation of SEN support plans.
Required skills and experience include:
- Holding a degree or aspiring to be a teacher.
- Interest in and knowledge of autism.
- Experience managing distress behaviors.
- Ability to solve problems quickly and stay calm.
- Basic IT literacy (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
