Job Description

• Process all data related to all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding and employee relations
• Process the company's payroll system, ensuring accurate and timely payments
• Administer employee benefits and compensation
• Ensure adherence to HR policies and compliance with legal regulations
• Manage employee records and data
• Coordinate with other departments on HR initiatives and projects
• Handle employee queries regarding HR and payroll matters
• Support the development of HR policies and procedures

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR & Payroll Administrator should have:

• Proven experience in HR and payroll administration
• Strong knowledge of HR and payroll software systems
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
