Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for a range of roles across multiple industries
• Build strong relationships with candidates to understand their skills, experience, and career goals
• Collaborate closely with consultants to ensure an excellent client and candidate experience
• Write and post engaging job adverts across multiple platforms
• Maintain accurate records and data in the recruitment system
• Assist with interview coordination, feedback collection, and onboarding support
• Proactively use social media and networking tools to identify new talent
• Contribute to team goals and celebrate shared success
