HR Advisor
An exciting opportunity for an HR Advisor has arisen to cover a 12-month fixed term contract for a leading employer in Portsmouth, with a weekly/fortnightly trip to the Surrey office for team catchups.
You'll be supporting both the managers and employees (new, existing, and leavers) throughout their employment journey, so you'll need up-to-date employment legislation and knowledge.
Covering a range of Recruitment and ER matters including grievance, performance improvement, absence management, and flexible working, you'll be joining a small team who are key to supporting and maintaining people-related policies, so we are targeting someone with generalist experience from within a corporate environment.
The company is part of a wider internationally recognised brand, and you'll be required to attend the Surrey office (near Epsom) once a week or fortnightly for team meetings, as well as projects that may arise and cross over HR matters.
