Job summary
A payroll services company located in the Bristol area is seeking a Lead Payroll Administrator to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing payrolls from start to finish, ensuring timely submissions of pension contributions and RTI to HMRC. The position requires excellent communication skills as the candidate will deal with client queries and mentor junior members of the team. Immediate interviews are available for interested candidates.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for processing all payrolls from start to finish.
- Responsible for submitting pension contributions to the relevant provider when the payroll is finalised.
- Responsible for processing the payroll accurately and on time.
- Responsible for submitting RTI submissions to HMRC in a timely manner.
- Mentor and advise more junior members of the team.
- Dealing with all levels of client queries using verbal & written communication.
