A regional NHS Foundation Trust located in Carlisle is seeking a Consultant Psychiatrist in General Adult Psychiatry. This full-time role involves providing medical input to community treatment teams and working within the Early Intervention in Psychosis team. Responsibilities include assessment, diagnosis, and promoting patient well-being. Candidates must hold an MBBS and be registered with the GMC. This is an exciting opportunity to work in the Early Intervention Psychosis team across Cumbria.
This is a full time (10PA) post for an adult consultant psychiatrist to provide medical input into the East Adult community Treatment and the Early Intervention in Psychosis teams located at Portland House Team in Carlisle, Cumbria.
The post holder will provide senior clinical expertise in the assessment and treatment of individuals with complex mental health problems and what are termed as at‑risk mental states.
