What you’ll be doing
  • Manage a caseload of 25–50 mixed real estate files, focused on high-value quality work
  • Support and supervise a junior solicitor and trainee, with secretarial support in place
  • Take over existing files while also generating new work streams
  • Build strong client relationships and develop your own client base over time
  • Attend partner meetings and contribute to the firm’s long‑term strategy
  • Bill efficiently with realistic targets
Salary & Benefits
  • Salary: £60,000–£90,000 DOE
