Responsibilities

  • Manage a mixed caseload of family matters and negotiate effectively.
  • Use a case management system to record information accurately.
  • Meet individual and team chargeable time & profit cost targets.
  • Draft and audit legal documents and correspondence.
  • Potential line management responsibilities at senior or lead level.
  • Delegate work and contribute to marketing and strategic positioning at lead level.

Skills

Experience in handling privately funded family law matters
Proven experience of working towards and meeting chargeable and billing targets
Good general IT skills, including use of a case management system
Excellent relationship-building skills
High attention to detail and organizational skills
Resilience and ability to embrace change

Education

Qualified as solicitor / CILEX qualified
