• Qualified Solicitor or Barrister with a current practicing certificate.
• 6+ years PQE with at least 2 years specializing in software, SaaS, and professional services agreements.
• Experience of working across multiple jurisdictions, particularly in Europe.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate SaaS and software license agreements.
• Support Sales, Deal Desk, and Customer Success Managers on contract interpretation.
• Conduct legal research on SaaS and professional services issues.
