Job summary
A leading recruitment agency is seeking an experienced planning solicitor/barrister based in Nottingham to advise on complex planning-related matters and mentor junior staff. The ideal candidate will lead planning operations, handle legal agreements associated with significant minerals and waste developments, and guide on highway matters. This position offers the opportunity to also develop graduate solicitor apprentices.
Qualifications
- Experience as a planning solicitor or barrister.
- Ability to advise on complex legal agreements.
- Mentorship experience for junior staff.
Responsibilities
- Lead planning solicitor/barrister for the Client.
- Advise on planning-related matters.
- Mentor junior staff and develop a graduate solicitor apprentice.
We are looking for an experienced planning solicitor/barrister to act as the lead planning lawyer for the Client. This is to advise on all planning related matters, including complex legal agreements associated with major minerals and waste developments. The role will include advising on some highway matters and mentoring junior staff including the development of a graduate solicitor apprentice.
- Lead planning solicitor/barrister for the Client and advise on planning-related matters.
- Provide guidance on complex legal agreements for major minerals and waste developments.
