A leading legal recruitment firm is looking for a Senior Litigation Lawyer to join their Local Authority client. This fully remote role involves managing a varied caseload that includes judicial reviews, debt recovery, and property litigation. Senior Litigation Lawyer

This is a great opportunity to join our Local Authority client and take on a varied caseload of civil litigation and judicial review matters.

Duties will include:

  • Supporting the Council and a National Park Authority, providing comprehensive advice on a range of litigious matters
  • Judicial review
  • Debt recovery
  • Property litigation
  • Contractual disputes
  • Unauthorised encampments
  • Offering support and mentoring to junior members of the team

This is a fully remote role. Both full and part-time hours will be considered.

The client is seeking a candidate who has substantial experience working in litigation and judicial review for local government. You must be willing to learn new areas of law to be able to provide fast-paced legal advice on a range of topics.
