The successful candidate will manage a diverse portfolio of clients and handle various corporate law matters, including mergers and acquisitions and drafting agreements. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently are essential. This position offers a competitive salary of £65-80,000 depending on experience.

Overview
  • The firm are accepting applications from candidates that have a minimum of 3+ PQE working within a corporate law.
  • You will advise and support a diverse portfolio of commercial clients, including acquirers, founders/sellers, funders, management teams, and private equity and venture capital trust funds.
  • Managing your own independent caseload, you will cover the full spectrum of Corporate & Commercial law, including investor and shareholders’ agreements, joint ventures, private company mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, MBOs and MBIs, as well as demergers, company reconstructions and reorganisations.
  • You should be personable and confident in managing your own caseload with minimal supervision, while contributing effectively within a fast-paced team. You will also have opportunities to participate in the department’s marketing and business development initiatives.
  • You should be able to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, together with the ability to manage a busy workload efficiently, meet deadlines, and deliver the highest standards of service to clients.
