Job summary

A leading law firm in North Yorkshire seeks an experienced Private Client Lawyer. This role offers the chance to manage a full caseload of Wills, Probate, Trusts, and LPAs while enjoying hybrid working and a supportive culture. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience, strong communication skills, and is motivated to build client relationships. This position provides a clear pathway to partnership within a highly respected team known for high-quality work and exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• 5+ PQE Part-time Private Client Solicitor.
• Experience running a full Wills, Probate, Trusts and LPAs caseload.
• Court of Protection experience (strongly preferred).
• Background in a reputable regional, national or strong high-street firm.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid culture.

Responsibilities

• Manage a full private client caseload autonomously.
• Draft Wills, Trusts and LPAs.
• Handle estate administration and probate.
• Provide exceptional client service across a varied HNW client base.
• Build strong relationships with clients and referrers.

• Become the lead Private Client lawyer in North Yorkshire for a Legal 500 & Chambers HNW-ranked team
