A well-established organisation in Poole seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to shape and deliver their People Strategy. You will partner with senior leaders across multiple sites, providing expert advice on employee relations and leading initiatives for talent and performance engagement. The ideal candidate will possess CIPD Level 5 and have proven experience in a complex HR role. Working as part of a collaborative HR team, the HR Business Partner will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering the People Strategy.
