Job summary
A leading security service provider in Newcastle upon Tyne is seeking a Security Operations Manager to ensure the delivery of high-quality security services. You will manage a portfolio of retail stores, oversee recruitment, and implement effective training programs. The role demands excellent organizational skills and a confident approach to customer service, along with compliance and performance monitoring. The ideal candidate should possess a frontline SIA licence and a full UK driving licence.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in delivering high-quality customer service.
- Strong understanding of Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Hold and maintain a current frontline SIA licence.
- Proven track record in interviewing and selecting applicants.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and promote the brand and reputation by delivering security services.
- Manage a portfolio of retail stores ensuring all hours are covered.
- Conduct regular visits to establish and maintain strong working relationships.
- Deliver results that meet or exceed budgetary and service delivery targets.
