- Experience in labour supply, rail, civils, construction or similar high‑volume workforce environments.
- Strong organisational skills and calm under pressure.
- Confident communicator who can juggle multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of compliance basics (right-to-work, competencies) and rostering systems is a plus.
