Are you ready to take ownership of labour delivery for some of the UK’s most critical rail and civils projects? We’re building a best‑class workforce operation from the ground up—and we need a Labour Manager who thrives on coordination, problem‑solving and building strong relationships.

What You’ll Do
  • Be the go-to person for client labour requirements—own the booking process end‑to‑end.
  • Source, allocate and roster skilled workers for rail and civils projects.
  • Keep operations running smoothly : manage attendance, resolve last‑minute changes, and ensure compliance.
  • Build trust with clients and workers through clear communication and proactive service.
  • Help shape processes as we scale—your ideas matter here.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in labour supply, rail, civils, construction or similar high‑volume workforce environments.
  • Strong organisational skills and calm under pressure.
  • Confident communicator who can juggle multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of compliance basics (right-to-work, competencies) and rostering systems is a plus.
  • A positive, solutions‑focused mindset—because things move fast here.
