As Technical Coordinator, you will act as the primary on-site technical contact, ensuring product quality, compliance, and operational excellence, all with the support of a Technical Manager who is on-site weekly. Technical Coordinator Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of technical compliance, including documentation, specifications, and supplier information
• Manage customer complaints and investigations, ensuring timely resolution and learning from issues
• Maintain and monitor quality systems to BRC standards, preparing for and supporting internal and external audits
• Conduct site inspections across hygiene, good manufacturing practice, and operational compliance
• Support cross-functional teams by communicating standards and ensuring consistent implementation

Technical Coordinator Key Requirements
