A leading motor industry group in Exeter is seeking a Fleet Sales Manager to enhance fleet sales and manage a significant portfolio of customers across the UK. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in van sales and management. This full-time, permanent position offers a competitive salary with uncapped bonuses and various employee benefits. Salary: up to £70,000.00 per annum with additional over-performance earnings!

We are seeking an experienced Fleet Sales professional to drive sales performance, develop new business opportunities, and manage a significant portfolio of fleet customers across the UK. The role combines consultative sales, strategic account management, and strong cross-functional collaboration to deliver profitable growth while maintaining the highest standards of compliance and customer satisfaction.
