We are looking for an exceptional Hubspot Email Marketing Manager who can lead our content generation team to drive various forms of engagement to our CRM contacts of leads and customers.

As we work with some of the world's most leading beauty brands, a natural interest in beauty and fashion merchandising is strongly desirable. You will also have a great eye for the latest luxury beauty and lifestyle trends.

Role Description

This role will include the following key areas to manage:

• Overseeing our content calendar and working with content gen to plan engagements (such as by email, e-newsletters, landing pages etc).
• Have excellent experience in Email and Newsletter design for optimum click through and response rate.
• Targeted cold outreach using sequencing campaigns.
• Periodically and automatically emailing dormant customers.
• Periodically and automatically emailing existing leads .
• Segmentation of customers and leads by product interest categories and other segmentations (e.g. dormant/ previously repeat order customers).
• Creating digital marketing campaigns for Sales Account Managers specifically for their accounts.
• Creating landing pages to direct inbound enquiry and hyper qualify leads before handing to SAMs.
• Importing leads from exhibitions and targeting through sequencing/ marketing campaigns etc..
• Working with LinkedIn / Social Media content managers to have visibility of performance per post.
• Analysing email and campaign response to drive sales.
• Optimising marketing efforts to improve lead quality.

IT Experience:

• Main software used will be Hubspot
• Excel (advanced use).
• Google sheets (advanced use).

Location:

This role is remote working, however there may be some days per month working from a London based office. We are looking for candidates in and around the London area.
